Remaining Instances (3 times) These occurrences are not particularly insightful when it comes to determining the exact meaning of the word but even here they seem to be referring to help that is way beyond menial tasks that the one being helped could do for himself if he tried. It is not serving but rescuing someone who is unable to save himself. Isaiah 30:5 They shall all be ashamed because of a people that cant profit them, that are not a help nor profit, but a shame, and also a reproach. Ezekiel 12:14 I will scatter toward every wind all who are around him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.
