![]() * Scripture is filled with promises to everyone who in faith commits his or her life to Jesus. I refuse to dishonor God by implying that he lied. Because he has made this promise to everyone, I am included. The Bible is filled with promises of salvation to everyone Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek. Romans 3:22-24 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction, for all have sinned . . . being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus . . . Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. Let him return to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will freely pardon. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. . . . He who believes in him is not judged . . . John 3:36 One who believes in the Son has eternal life . . . John 5:24 Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesnt come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. John 6:37 He who comes to me I will in no way throw out. John 6:40 This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. John 10:9 I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture. Matthew 7:24-25 Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock. The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it didnt fall, for it was founded on the rock. Matthew 10:32 Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, him I will also confess before my Father who is in heaven. Luke 11:10 For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. Acts 17:30 The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked. But now he commands that all people everywhere should repent. . . . Proverbs 28:13 He who conceals his sins doesnt prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. 1 John 4:15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God. 1 John 5:1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God . . . 1 Timothy 2:3-6 . . . God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. Isaiah 45:22 Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. I make that choice right now. I choose to regard my works (irrespective of whether they seem good or bad) as powerless to determine my fate. I believe that Jesus sacrificial death and resurrection on my behalf and that alone determines my spiritual destiny. I place my faith solely in Jesus and not in my efforts. Therefore, according to the promise of Almighty God, the blood of Jesus cleanses me from all sin. The magnitude of my unworthiness and the grossness of my depravity is swallowed up by Jesus power to save and his worthiness. Salvation is by faith (in Jesus ability to secure my forgiveness) not by works Ephesians 2:8-9 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Romans 1:17 For in it is revealed Gods righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, But the righteous shall live by faith. Romans 3:28 We maintain therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. Romans 9:30-32 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who didnt follow after righteousness, attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith; but Israel, following after a law of righteousness, didnt arrive at the law of righteousness. Why? Because they didnt seek it by faith, but as it were by works of the law. They stumbled over the stumbling stone; Romans 9:16 So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who has mercy. Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. 2 Timothy 1:9 who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before times eternal, Titus 3:5 not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy. . . . John 6:28-29 They said therefore to him, What must we do, that we may work the works of God? Jesus answered them, This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent. Romans 3:22-24 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction, for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus Romans 4:4-5 Now to him who works, the reward is not counted as grace, but as something owed. But to him who doesnt work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness. Philippians 3:4-9 . . . though I myself might have confidence even in the flesh. If any other man thinks that he has confidence in the flesh, I yet more . . . concerning zeal, persecuting the assembly; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, found blameless. However, I consider those things that were gain to me as a loss for Christ. Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be a loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; Galatians 2:16 yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law. Galatians 3:11 Now that no man is justified by the law before God is evident, for, The righteous will live by faith.

I am not the person who sinned 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Ephesians 4:24 . . . put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth. John 3:3 Jesus answered him, Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he cant see Gods Kingdom.
Colossians 2:20 If you died with Christ . . . Colossians 3:3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Romans 6:4-11 We were buried therefore with him through baptism to death . . . For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him; knowing that Christ, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no more has dominion over him! For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God. Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. ![]()
Colossians 2:12-13 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, Colossians 3:1 If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. Ephesians 2:4-7 But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus Romans 6:4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism to death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection Romans 6:11 Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:10 If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness.

Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord: Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. . . .
![]() * The past has passed. In Christ I am a new person; fresh, clean and completely free from my past. The person I now am newly created by Jesus is spotlessly pure and innocent. The past has passed Isaiah 43:18 Dont remember the former things, and dont consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Dont you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 65:17 . . . the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind. Philippians 3:13 . . . but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 4:24 and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth. Colossians 3:10 and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

Acts 15:9 He made no distinction between us [Jews] and them [Gentiles], cleansing their hearts by faith. Isaiah 53:4-6,8-12 Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. . . . who considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living and stricken for the disobedience of my people? They made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; although he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him. He has caused him to suffer. When you make his soul an offering for sin, he will see his offspring. He will prolong his days, and the Lords pleasure will prosper in his hand. . . . My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities. . . . because he poured out his soul to death, and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. Romans 5:6-10 For while we were yet weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Yet perhaps for a righteous person someone would even dare to die. But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we will be saved from Gods wrath through him. For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we will be saved by his life. Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree Hebrews 9:28 so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many 1 Peter 2:24 who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. 1 Peter 3:18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God. . . . Matthew 20:28 . . . even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Romans 4:25 who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification. Romans 5:18-19 So then as through one trespass, all men were condemned; even so through one act of righteousness, all men were justified to life. For as through the one mans disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous. Romans 8:32 He who didnt spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things? 1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 For the love of Christ constrains us; because we judge thus, that one died for all, therefore all died. He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Romans 3:22-24 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction, for all have sinned . . . being justified freely by his grace . . .

God is glorified by forgiving me Proverbs 19:11 The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger. It is his glory to overlook an offense. [And the same applies to God.] Revelation 5:3-4,9-10 No one in heaven above, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the book, or to look in it. And I wept much, because no one was found worthy . . . They sang a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the book, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and bought us for God with your blood, out of every tribe, language, people, and nation, and made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign on earth. 1 Timothy 1:16 However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first, Jesus Christ might display all his patience, for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life. Romans 9:23 and that he might make known the riches of his glory on vessels of mercy . . . John 15:8 In this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit . . . John 14:13 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Matthew 19:24-26 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through a needles eye, than for a rich man to enter into Gods Kingdom. When the disciples heard it, they were exceedingly astonished, saying, Who then can be saved? Looking at them, Jesus said, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Luke 7:42-43,47 When they couldnt pay, he forgave them both. Which of them therefore will love him most? Simon answered, He, I suppose, to whom he forgave the most. He said to him, You have judged correctly . . . Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little. Ephesians 1:6-8 to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely gave us favor in the Beloved, in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence Ephesians 1:12-14 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ: in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of Gods own possession, to the praise of his glory. Ephesians 2:6-9 and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus; for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Philippians 1:11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. 2 Peter 1:3 seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue; Psalm 25:11 For your names sake, Lord, pardon my iniquity, for it is great. Psalm 79:9 Help us, God of our salvation, for the glory of your name. Deliver us, and forgive our sins, for your names sake. Psalm 106:8 Nevertheless he saved them for his names sake, that he might make his mighty power known. Isaiah 48:8-11 . . . for I knew that you dealt very treacherously, and were called a transgressor from the womb. For my names sake, I will defer my anger, and for my praise I hold it back for you, so that I dont cut you off. Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver. I have chosen you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I will do it; for how would my name be profaned? I will not give my glory to another. Jeremiah 14:7 Though our iniquities testify against us, work for your names sake, Lord; for our rebellions are many; we have sinned against you. Isaiah 43:25 I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins. Ezekiel 20:44 You shall know that I am the Lord, when I have dealt with you for my names sake, not according to your evil ways, nor according to your corrupt doings . . . 2 Corinthians 4:15 For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God. 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for Gods own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light

Isaiah 62:5 . . . As a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you. Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it In the following the colored parts represent the same Hebrew word: Deuteronomy 21:11 and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you have a desire to her, and desire to take her as your wife Isaiah 38:17 Behold, for peace I had great anguish, but you have in love for my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption; for you have cast all my sins behind your back.
