Health experts warn that even pure juice is high in (natural) sugar. Sugar is not good for one’s teeth, weight, and might increase the chance of diabetes. Also, I prefer the juice that lasts longer on the shelf. The advertising on such juices rarely gives any mention of vitamins and so on except that for some, Vitamin C is artificially added. I’m no expert but my guess is that such juices have been heat treated to increase their shelf life and this greatly reduces certain vitamins (especially vitamin C), although some goodness remains. On the other hand, drinking juice that is not heat treated (pasteurized) increases the chance of food poisoning.
