Luke 15:7 I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled. Psalms 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise. 2 Kings 22:19 because your heart was tender, and you humbled yourself before the Lord, when you heard what I spoke against this place, and against its inhabitants, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and have torn your clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard you, says the Lord.
